Our strategy covers both online and offline audiences with branded activation campaigns, where we add game elements to excite and engage the target audience. WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING..
You will be responsible for both attracting new customers and maintaining existing customer relationships. You will be involved in the entire sales process, from mapping potential customers to approaching them and setting up great lead generation campaigns. You focus mainly on the retail sector, but also on other channels such as FMCG. As this is mainly a soloistic role, you know how to motivate yourself and make the most of it every day.
Acquisition: A great challenge is to further expand our business in Romania. At Basebuilder, we believe in customisation. Acquisition is tackled in different ways, depending on what works best for each individual situation. This can range from sending physical mail to potential leads or setting up campaigns around those leads to introduce them to our service.
Relationship management: Basebuilder has a dominant position in Omnichannel Lead Generation. The potential in the Romanian region is huge, and there is already a foundation for you to build on. The split between new business and relationship management is about 50/50.
Campaign creation: You play a crucial role in the creation of campaigns. Together with your colleague project managers, each campaign is tackled as a project to achieve the best results. After you have closed the deal with a client, you handle the internal kick-off and ensure that the campaign is successfully set up by your colleagues.
Feedback and innovation: You act as Basebuilder's ears and eyes, contributing feedback and innovative ideas to discover new opportunities in the market. You actively think about marketing and PR activities to strengthen Basebuilder's position in the market.
