Getting to know you
In the first call, our recruiter wants to learn about you—your background, your ambitions, and what motivates you. It’s also your opportunity to ask first questions about the role, our team, and anything else you’d like to know.
First interview
In this meeting, your future manager takes a deeper dive into your experience and how you would like to develop yourself. You can expect questions on your past work, challenges faced, skills, growth goals, and cultural fit.
Final chat
You’re almost there! The last interview will preferably be at our office. This will immediately give you a clearer picture of where you will end up and who your new colleagues will be.
Offer
If we’re a match, our HR team will send you an offer. Take your time to review it and ask any questions before making your decision. Once you’ve accepted, we’ll get started on your contract and prepare for your first day!
