You are the Account Manager who strives to improve every day. AS AN ACCOUNT MANAGER AT AFFILIPRINT...
You play a key role in expanding our network of advertisers and publishers, which is essential for strengthening our market position. From initial contact to long-term relationship management, you are responsible for developing and maintaining your client accounts. While most sales are conducted over the phone, you'll also utilize email, face-to-face meetings, and LinkedIn to connect with potential clients and grow existing accounts. The biggest challenges in this role are maintaining perseverance and a results-oriented mindset. You succeed within the team by identifying opportunities and actively pursuing them, staying motivated, and being open to feedback. With your ability to build relationships and develop accounts, you contribute to our collective success.

You'll receive comprehensive training on our product, followed by biweekly coaching sessions with your buddy. In these sessions, various acquisition and account management challenges are addressed, so the Head of Sales can support you with any obstacles.
YOU ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR:
Identifying and acquiring new partnerships through proactive outreach, primarily by phone, email and digital and face-to-face meetings.
Developing and managing client relationships from the first contact to long-term account development.
Actively participating in Campaign and Sales Meetings.
Working closely with the Head of Business Development and KAMs in executing daily tasks and optimizing accounts.
Maintaining client data and activities in our CRM system, Hubspot.
Gaining knowledge and enjoying a fun work environment with friendly colleagues!

What you bring
Besides being social and driven, you are a talent who always looks for ways to improve. Everywhere, always. You have an entrepreneurial mindset, enjoy learning, and work accurately. And because only the best is good enough for us, we want even more. For this role, you need:
At least one year of experience in a sales or account management role.
Experience in cold acquisition and relationship development, both by phone and email.
Interest in further developing within sales and marketing.
Fluent in Swedish and English. It’s a big plus if you can speak the Danish or Norwegian language as well.
