As a Business Development Manager, you’re a commercial strategist who spots opportunities and drives revenue growth. You do this by actively acquiring new clients and media partners, building strong relationships, and developing innovative campaigns. AS A BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT MANAGER AT AFFILIPRINT...
You play a key role in growing our client and partner portfolio and strategically leveraging media. You develop media strategies that work across both offline and digital channels and build sustainable relationships with clients and media owners. From negotiating with publishers to analyzing campaign results, you drive growth, innovation, and impact.
YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE:
Business Development & Sales: Identify and pursue new commercial opportunities to grow revenue and expand the client portfolio.
Media Strategy: Develop and implement performance media strategies tailored to client objectives across offline and digital channels.
Partnership Management: Negotiate with media owners, publishers, and platforms to secure high-value placements, value-adds, and innovative media opportunities.
Performance Analysis: Translate data into actionable insights to optimize campaigns and maximize ROI.
Client Collaboration: Work closely with clients to understand their business goals and align strategies accordingly.
Industry Expertise: Stay on top of trends, best practices, and emerging partnership models to keep our campaigns ahead of the curve.
Relationship Building: Build strong, long-lasting relationships with clients and partners, positioning yourself as a trusted advisor.

What you bring
Besides being social and driven, you are a natural dealmaker who constantly looks for ways to improve and innovate. You combine an entrepreneurial mindset with strong analytical skills and know how to turn opportunities into long-term value. For this role, we’re looking for someone with:
At least 3 years of experience in business development, sales, or account management, ideally within media, advertising, or digital marketing.
Proven experience in building and maintaining strategic partnerships with media owners, publishers, or brands.
Strong understanding of performance marketing and ability to translate data insights into actionable strategies.\
Negotiation skills that allow you to secure favorable deals and build win-win partnerships.
Excellent communication skills in both Swedish and English (spoken and written).
A proactive, goal-oriented mindset with the perseverance to drive results in a fast-paced environment.
